Products that have been opened, used, processed, or altered are not eligible for return under any circumstances, unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

- Requests received after this period will not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items

- Custom-sized or made-to-order products
- Products that have been processed, installed, or used
